Kelly and Anna are super passionate Holistic Health and Life Coaches! It shines through in everything they teach and facilitate and in the way they live their lives. During these three days together, you will embark on your own journey of self discovery. Through loving practices such as;

What to expect

In a small group of a maximum of 12 participants, Kelly and Anna will introduce, instruct and inspire you to balance creation through interactive workshops, self-reflection, guided meditation, yoga, breathing practices, sound healing, time in nature and much more.

Kelly and Anna create a heart centred space for you to explore where you may be lacking balance and empower you to discover and apply tools to help restore it. You have an opportunity to become aware of limiting beliefs, to dissolve barriers within yourself and to connect to the parts of you that might be blocking your path to wholeness, connection and belonging.

By establishing balance, you have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and gradually expand your sense of purpose and wellness. Guided by a holistic approach to mind, body and spirit, they specialise in turning imbalance into clarity and flow, and they invite you to explore.

  • 2pm: Arrival and room allocation

  • 4.30pm: Wander and explore

  • 6.30pm: Dinner and drinks

  • 8pm: Sacred Circle

DAY 2

  • 6.30am: Forest walk

  • 8.30am: Nourishing breakfast

  • 10.00am: Group session

  • 12.30pm: Wholesome Lunch

  • 2.00pm: Group session

  • 3.00pm: Free time/special treat!

  • 7.00pm: Dinner

  • 8.30pm: Embodiment with fire

DAY 3

  • 7.00am: Yoga with sound healing

  • 9.00am: Nourishing breakfast

  • 10.00am: Group session

  • 12.00pm: Departure (hugs & kisses)
